Free vs Paid Content
  • Many of our test series and papers are free to access.
  • Premium content or subscriptions may be paid and are subject to this refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You made a payment by mistake or multiple times for the same subscription
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of the date of purchase

No Refunds For
  • Partially used paid subscriptions
  • Refunds requested after 24 hours of purchase
  • Dissatisfaction due to test performance or score

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be processed for the unused period unless it meets the refund criteria above.

Refund Process
  • Email your refund request to noreply@takeatest.net with transaction details and code of the students
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
