• Once purchased, subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We use third-party payment gateways and are not liable for any transaction failures or delays.

• Student performance data and reports are stored securely.
• Progress may be visible to registered parents or guardians for transparency and monitoring or can write to us if you need any additional information regarding to performance of the pupil.

All content, logos, design, and material on the portal are the intellectual property of takeatest.net and are protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform in any way.

We are not liable for:
